What we are Learning

This week...

In math, we will continue to work with the number line, patterns, and counting longs and cubes.

In language arts, we will be learning word games, word families, ABC order, and blending words. 

In reading, we will be working on story structure with Thanksgiving stories.

In social studies, we will continue to learn about our community and looking at maps.

In science, we will learn about our sky and stars.

The math homework is set up so that I teach a lesson at school and as homework the lesson is reviewed.  These math homelinks should take 3-5 minutes. If it takes longer please let me know so I can send home extra practice. 

No homework will be given on holidays. Only math homelinks will be given on short weeks (3 or less days).
